**Duties and Responsibilities of Collection Executive**

1.Follow up with allotted customers for collection and achieving monthly target

2.Collection executive should visit minimum 5 members in a day and minimum 10 calls to the members from allotted list.

3.If no response from the members, definitely collection executive should visit co applicant and guarantors for effective recovery.

4.If overdue more than 3 and above buckets, collection executive should visit Co applicant and guarantors.

5.Negotiate for settlement of account or collecting maximum part payment from their overdue account.

6.Collection executive should share current location/GPS of visited customers in CMRD whatsup group and need feedback of the member.

7.After closing time, collection executive should share your daily report in CMRD whatsup group.

8.Collection executive should submit your TA form enclosed your feedback of visited members in weekly basis.

9.Base target should be achieving for eligibility of collection incentive, base target is 10% of the overdue amount of allotted accounts. If collection below base target, they are not eligible for incentive.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
Minimum Plus 2.

**Prior Experience**
- 1 Years’ experience in the collections/ Freshers also considered with 2-wheeler license and own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
