**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client business goals, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, SEO, PPC, content, social media) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans and proposals to clients.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and deliver performance updates to clients.
- Ensure clear communication of expectations and deliverables to both clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate client meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and presentations.
- Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Account Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Note:
Working - OnSite
Salary - 15k to 20k per month
Location - Thane

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
