**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels of frozen food products.
- Ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to avoid stockouts or wastage.
- Manage the storage of frozen products, ensuring they are kept at appropriate temperatures.
2. **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that the frozen food products meet quality and safety standards.
- Oversee proper handling, packaging, and storage to avoid contamination or degradation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality protocols.
3. **Production Supervision**:
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient production of frozen food items.
- Manage the schedule for production based on demand forecasts and stock levels.
- Resolve any production issues, including machine breakdowns or quality control issues.
4. **Distribution and Logistics**:
- Oversee the efficient distribution of frozen food products to retailers, warehouses, or end consumers.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure frozen food is transported under the right conditions (e.g., using refrigerated transport).
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
5. **Staff Management**:
- Supervise a team of workers involved in production, packaging, and quality checks.
- Provide training on best practices in frozen food handling, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure staff are following the necessary guidelines for health and safety, especially concerning handling frozen goods.
6. **Sales and Marketing Support**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the frozen food products meet market demand.

7. **Cost Management**:
- Monitor costs related to production, packaging, and distribution of frozen food.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
