Location
- Noida/Gurgaon/Bengaluru/Chennai/Kolkata/Pune
- Design & initial tuning experience (2G/3G/4G/5G) or
- Planning experience with Mentum tool knowledge. (2G/3G/4G/5G) or
- Optimization experience in (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Engineers should have experience of 4 to 6 Yrs. in relevant service area.

Location:

- NOIDA/ BANGALORE

The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements.

The role is focused on Initial tuning and optimization services

The Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

Strong LTE/5G fundamentals in Planning, & Optimization.

Should have good communication skills and ability to deliver KSS/Best practice/Demo to internal/external customer

Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project

Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues

Responsible for allocated project Optimization KPI Optimization, Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Worst Cell Analysis

Work with customer to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner

Interact with internal stakeholders for delivery execution and Acceptance.

Excellent communication skills.

Shall be flexible in time shift changes /weekend work

Relevant working experience in Ericsson in RF Pre-Post optimization in LTE/5G technology. ( Predominantly LTE )

Strong Knowledge about tools **OSS **(BI, Winfoil, ENIQ, ENM, )

Extensive experience on LTE Features, Commands ,counters, parameters & Formulas.

Strong knowledge about parameter audit tool NEPA/MVPAT Hands on experience on MS Office
