Position: Business Compliance Associate

Experience: 1 - 4 years

Location: Chennai (onsite only)

Qualification: UG/PG along with ACS (Inter) / CMA (Inter) - Qualified or Pursuing

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the business with client onboarding documentation, sharing compliance documents, internal policies, and other regulatory materials.
- Ensure checklists are followed, approvals are in place, and documentation (such as NDAs, Service Agreements, Engagement Letters) is executed digitally or via physically.
- Maintain and organize a repository of physical and/or digital agreements and compliance records.
- Assist in executing bids (RFE & RFP) or submissions on government portals or other platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for client audits or compliance-related requirements.
