
Business Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a follow-up contact for internal teams, potential clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other company events, coordinating logistics, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials.
- Maintain an updated contact database.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
3. Project Support:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Compile and organize project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and report project progress, highlighting any potential issues or risks.
4. Data Extraction and Management:
- Extract Data of warm leads from various platforms like Linkedin, Google and other Data Collection and Collation networks.
- Maintain and update various databases, records, and filing systems.
- Compile, analyze, and present data as needed, using spreadsheets or other software tools.
5. General Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance and support to employees and management as required.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company-wide events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
