Satvik Khichdi, Masala Khichdi, Cheela Pre-Mix, Idli Pre-Mix, Pasta, chutneys, chai masala, and poha masala, with 25 products available in various SKUs. We have a modern trade supply channel and a good portfolio of clients. They are working towards expanding their availability in various markets and sectors and are open to building a working relationship for mutual benefit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing strong customer relationships is essential to generating a high volume of prospective clients, which in turn contributes to a strong lead conversion.
- Assist with project management, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage resources, including personnel, finances, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics, such as market trends and competitor analysis.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate client communication and manage client relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years experience as a business coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary - Rs.25,000- Rs.28000 per month**
