**Job Summary**:
Interiorwala is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for explaining our interior design services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales/design team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain Interiorwala's services, offerings, and benefits.
- Answer queries about design process, timelines, and pricing structure.
- Schedule site visits or meetings for senior designers/sales staff.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely communication.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive voice tone.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
