Job Overview:
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Performance Marketer, where you will spearhead the creation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Reddit, and Twitter. Your goal will be to drive sales, maximize ROI, and enhance our brand presence through various digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and Twitter Ads.

Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and media presence.

Negotiate and secure advantageous affiliate marketing deals.

Strategize and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and engagement.

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve metrics and achieve marketing goals.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns and a solid understanding of PPC, display, and retargeting strategies.

Strong background in PR, affiliate marketing, and influencer management.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Analytical mindset with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
