Real Estate Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers
- Conduct site visits and property showings for clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Build and maintain client relationships to generate referrals
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
- Confident and persuasive personality with a go-getter attitude
- Willingness to travel within Pune for site visits
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process preferred
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
- Familiarity with Pune real estate locations and builders is a plus
