**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Ø Taking Daily rounds of Facility and ensure smooth functioning of the Hospital.
Ø Interacting with patients on daily basis with the objective of increasing patient satisfaction and reducing patient billing complaints and grievances.
Ø To act as a link between the clinical practice and billing team.
Ø Managing all policies related to Admission, Discharge, Transfer and Referrals of patients.
Ø Directing all Operating, Compliance, Patient relations, and administrative functions of the entire hospital.
Ø Ensuring timely and quality execution of all activities in patient care services.
Ø Providing inputs for better functioning of the department & resolving operational issues.
Ø Attending all emergency patients.
Ø Bed Management in coordination with Nursing Head or departments.
Ø Patient counseling i.e. Counseling patients and enrolling patients using a written consent form
,briefing the patient on the benefits of the Treatment / Package, to provide clarity about all financial aspects of the treatment to the patient.
Ø Work in close collaboration with non-medical functions (Housekeeping, F&B, IP and OP, Customer Service etc) to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
Ø Ensure that all the services provided by Maintenance department are running smoothly to the entire satisfaction
Ø Ensure effective material management. Ensure optimum utilization of resources through careful and meticulous planning of operation and maintenance activities.
Ø Direct all the supervisors to ensure that their work place, respective machinery, equipments, uniforms of all personnel, stores etc. remains always neat and clean with good Hygiene.
Ø Ensure that prior to shut down of any kind of facility (i.e. power interruption, A/c., water supply, lifts, fire system, civil repairs etc.) should be intimated well in advance.
Ø To ensure that all the personnel of all departments are quite familiar with the building layout plans, Area wise, Floor wise and its fire fighting and sprinkler systems, apart from their respective departments.
Ø Maintain & ensure discipline, high morale of staff working under you by looking their welfare
Ø Coordinate with various supportive departments of hospital for speedy and better services to the patient i.e. Housekeeping, Patient Reviewing and monitoring Transport, Maintenance to facilitate efficient and smooth Functioning of the hospital.
Ø Supervise Housekeeping, Security and Laundry services.
Ø Managing GDA Department i.e. (Making Roster, Managing offs, assigning duties )
Ø Check cleaning schedule of the entire hospital (department wise)
Ø Any Other task assigned by management
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
