**Key Responsibilities**:
Mandatory for anyone of the certification (CPC/COC/CIC)

- ASC (Ambulatory service canter)
- IPDRG
- OB Gyn, Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Oncology
- Audit, team coach, train the codes

**Job Details**:
1. Should be updated on the coding guidelines recent & previous

2. Adhering the Quality Standards and HIPPA Compliance

3. Ability to QA different types of chart formats & documentation

4. Handling wide variety of medical reports

5. Meeting daily targets in their respective assignments

6. Stepping forward to take responsibilities

7. Coding patient information for pre-existing conditions

8. Selecting the correct procedure codes for patient care

9. Noting proper diagnosis codes

10. Working with healthcare providers and billing services

11. Managing other medical facility records

12. Hands on Experience on OASIS

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
