**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for handling inbound leads, making outbound cold calls, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your goal is to convert inquiries into loyal customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions. You will also be encouraged to think creatively and develop unconventional strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele-calling & Lead Management**:
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, assisting inquiries with the information they need.
- Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business.
- Build rapport with leads, ensuring a positive and engaging client experience.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, keeping detailed notes on client interactions.
- Understand client needs and provide customised solutions to meet their event requirements.
**Sales Strategy & Execution:Communication & Documentation**:
- Think outside the box to develop and implement unconventional sales strategies.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, in the CRM system.
- Report on sales performance and client feedback to improve processes.**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably within the events, weddings, marketing, or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
- A go-getter attitude with the persistence and determination to close deals.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Understanding of the live events, weddings, marketing, or entertainment industry is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Events, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous but not required. We value skills and experience over formal education.
