**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present well-researched CSR proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with our organization’s mission.
- Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with corporate donors and CSR teams.
- Research and analyze corporate funding trends and opportunities in the CSR space.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to design CSR initiatives that create shared value for both the corporate donors and the organization.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
- Track and evaluate the impact of CSR funding and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CSR fundraising, grant writing, or corporate partnership development.
- Strong understanding of CSR trends, policies, and regulatory frameworks in India.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create compelling storytelling for corporate engagements.
- Experience working with trusts, NGOs, or educational institutions (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Development, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
