Job Description: Are you passionate about creating exquisite designs that blend traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary fashion? JSR-By Satguru is seeking a talented Fashion Designer specializing in Kurtis and Suits to join our creative team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing new collections that resonate with our brand ethos while meeting market demands.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative design concepts for kurtis and suits, considering current fashion trends and market preferences. Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs in terms of materials, production processes, and cost-effectiveness. Research and stay updated on emerging trends, fabrics, embellishments, and techniques relevant to Indian women's ethnic wear. Oversee the entire design process from conception to final product, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align designs with market needs and customer preferences. Participate in fittings, make necessary adjustments, and provide guidance to pattern makers and sample developers. Contribute innovative ideas and creativity to elevate the brand's identity and market positioning.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Fashion Designer specializing in Indian women's ethnic wear, particularly kurtis and suits. Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software) for sketching and creating technical drawings. Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and garment construction techniques relevant to Indian ethnic wear. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team. A keen eye for detail, trends, colors, and textures with a passion for innovation in design. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced work environments.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or relevant field. years of experience in fashion design, preferably in Indian women's ethnic wear.
