A CCTV technician installs, maintains, and repairs closed-circuit television systems, including cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting site surveys, running cables, configuring network settings, and providing technical support to clients. Core responsibilities
- **Installation and setup**: Mounting cameras, running cables, and setting up digital video recorders (DVRs) or network video recorders (NVRs).
- **Maintenance and repair**: Conducting regular inspections, performing necessary repairs, and upgrading existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with cameras, software, and related hardware.
- **System configuration**: Setting up network settings and programming systems to meet specific security requirements.
- **Site surveys**: Assessing security needs for new installations to determine the most effective and appropriate system design.
- **Client support**: Providing training to clients on system usage and offering ongoing technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- **Documentation**: Recording installation processes, configurations, and maintenance activities for future reference.

Essential skills and knowledge
- Technical knowledge of various CCTV systems, such as analog, digital, dome, and bullet cameras.
- Ability to work with basic computer systems and network configurations.
- Understanding of electrical wiring and cable termination.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
