**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented female IInside Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Handle inbound customer inquiries**:

- Manage and qualify leads generated from various sources, including social media campaigns, advertising banners, online advertisements, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively reach out to customers to address potential issues and enhance their experience.

**Feedback Collection**:

- Collect customer feedback through surveys and other channels.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Share customer feedback with relevant departments.

**Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Tamil and English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and empathy towards customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Prior experience in customer service or telesales.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar industry (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
