Total Yrs. of Experience: 6-8 Years

Relevant Yrs. of experience:4

Detailed JD(Roles and Responsibilities)

Minimum 5 Years of experience as an SDET

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and Automation

Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules (Incident,

Change, Problem, CMDB)

Must have experience in ATF (Automation Test

Demonstrate experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.

Proficient in Test & Defect Management

Good to have experience in testing through ServiceNow

upgrades

Good to have experience in JavaScript. Good to have ServiceNow certifications CSA / ITSM Fundamentals etc.

Good to have knowledge on one or more automation tools like UFT, Selenium, TOSCA and Cypress

Good Understanding of REST / SOAP API's and API automation

Excellent inter-personal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision

collaborate with key stakeholders to define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery

Mandatory skills:
ServiceNow Functional Testing for ITSM modules, ATF(Automated Test Framework)

Desired skills:
Experience working in an Agile team and Experience in Sprint Process

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
