**Role: Service Now Functional Testing**

**Experience: 2-6 Years**

Detailed JD :(Roles and Responsibilities)

**Skills**:

- Experience in ITSM tool Service Now dealing with ITIL process
- Experience in testing Service Now modules - Incident Management, Service Request, Change Request, Problem Management, Service Catalogue and CMDB.
- Experience in TOSCA Automation tool to automate the ITSM Modules.
- Experience in Java Script to automate the TOSCA Scripts
- Experience using project management tools such as Service Now
- Experience working in an Agile team within a software product development environment.
- Excellent Team and Change Managements skills.
- Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience in preparing the Test Execution Reports,

Daily Summary Reports and Weekly Summary Reports.

Mandatory skills:
**ServiceNow (ITSM) Functional Testing, TOSCA Automation Testing**

Desired skills**:Java Script Experience**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
