We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled service.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Itinerary Planning and Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Research destinations, accommodation options, and activities to create unique and enriching travel experiences.
- Update and maintain detailed itineraries, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
2. Client Interaction and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Provide clients with detailed information on travel arrangements, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
3. Vendor and Partner Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour guides, and other service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Coordinate with local partners to ensure seamless execution of tours.
4. Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services.
- Monitor and adjust travel plans as necessary to accommodate changes and unexpected issues.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and standards.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the promotion of tour packages through various marketing channels.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Develop promotional materials and content for marketing campaigns.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents, itineraries, and tickets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Post graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media sites and basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for travel and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Creative and innovative thinking for developing unique travel experiences.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
