We are seeking a **Manual QA Tester** with experience in the Travel / Travel Tech industry to join our team in Pune, India..

**Note - This is a full-time in-office role at Pune, India.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual testing of GDS integrations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and seamless user interactions.
- Verify AI systems' API responses for accuracy and alignment with expected outputs (personalized suggestions, dynamic pricing).
- Test REST APIs, ensuring proper functionality, data integrity, and performance.
- Work closely with product, development, and AI engineering teams to understand requirements and ensure proper implementation of features.
- Ensure GDS integrations meet industry standards and best practices

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a QA tester or similar role in Product company / SaaS environments.
- Experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of workflows related to ticketing and fare calculations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to define test cases for AI models based on expected behavior, boundary conditions, and edge scenarios.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and bug management tools (e.g., JIRA, Linear, or similar).
- Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
- Excellent communication skills in English

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with **Global Distribution Systems (GDS)** such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Experience testing AI-powered features like dynamic pricing, personalized recommendations, and predictive analytics.
