Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

**Location**: Nagpur, India

**Experience**: 1 - 2 years

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the company's website and social media profiles to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them in campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
