**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, modules, and case studies that reflect current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Assess trainees’ skills, performance, and progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Customize training programs based on the needs of individuals or corporate clients.
- Stay updated on new tools, techniques, and trends in the digital marketing space and incorporate them into the training content.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students, helping them build their personal brand and professional network in the digital marketing industry.
- Work closely with the course development team to design and continuously improve training content and curriculum.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and live training sessions for a variety of learners, including beginners and advanced professionals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in a corporate or educational setting is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering e-learning content through LMS platforms is a plus.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,516.52 - ₹65,466.97 per month
