**Job Description: Digital Marketing Trainer**

**Job Requirement**
- Offline Trainer
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Training.
- Well-versed with the latest tools and industry updates related to every aspect of Digital Marketing or as per the area of expertise.
- Digital Marketing Certified (Google certification, search and display
- advertising)
- SEO, SEM, PPC, Google ads, Mobile Marketing, SMM, SMO.

**Responsibilities**:

- To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
- Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past online or offline classroom experiences

ORM, Website Development, YouTube Marketing, Google Analytics, Mobile
Marketing etc.
- To be able to customize and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic
- Delivering Online/Offline demo sessions to the in-class audience as and when required.
- To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class
- To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.
- To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post - test to measure the impact of courses delivered.
- To maintain appropriate records of Online/Offline classroom training delivered and new resources created
- To take proactive steps to ensure that the classes are functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students. For instance, the trainer would be responsible for setting up IT equipment or ensuring students receive the relevant pre - tests and post - tests as each module is delivered.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing training: 1 year (required)
