We are looking for a Project Supervisor to support our various HVAC projects from planning through execution stage

Job Requirements
- Support the project team including Site Engineer/Manager & sub-contractors to successfully complete HVAC design and build projects.
- Accurate and timely preparation/study of documentation including but not limited to drawings, models, estimates, schedules, quantities all as directed by Project Director to a standard of presentation which can be submitted to clients and/or other approving authority. Timely submission of project comments on Arch drawings/designers drawings
- Liaison with both internal and external agencies such as Base Office, other Groups, sub-consultants, suppliers, contractors, clients and external authorities as required or as directed by Project Director
- Progress and action correspondence such as RFIs/reports in accordance with the set procedure of each Project
- Timely Procurement of equipment/materials in line with company procedure.
- Timely submission of Invoices to client & follow up for payment within reasonable time
- Undertake duties and comply with all the company’s Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures
- To be aware of the importance of timeline of each activity of the project and therefore behave and respond in a manner that will encourage clients to give repeat business.

Other Responsibilities
- Site surveys and record drawing production.
- Carryout/Wet basic design production.

Essential skills and qualifications
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full Driving License - Motorbike/Car
- Able to work out of Mumbai and outstation as and when required.
- Minimum of 3years’ experience with HVAC projects
- Relevant Building Services / MEP experience gained with a design and build contractor or consulting engineering environment in the field of HVAC.
- Able and willing to follow instructions as part of a team and able to work alone if required.
- Good computer skills across many pieces of software including Microsoft Word, Excel. and Outlook.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- HVAC: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
