**Objectives of this Role**

The objective of the JSupervisor role at a workspace furniture manufacturing company is to support the project management team in the planning and execution of various projects on site. This includes coordinating with team members, monitoring project progress, installation and site related risk execution, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The goal of this role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, while also helping to maintain the high quality standards of the company's products. Additionally, the Supervisor may have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally, as they gain experience and take on more responsibility within the company.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to the project manager
- Coordinate with site managers, designers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and suppliers as needed and document MOM.
- Assist with the quality control process, including the inspection of finished products and installation process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project communication,site work updates, documentation and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for logistics to manage in time deliverables.
- Coordinate with Vendors and installation team for timely delivery of the project with efficiency.
- Assist with the creation of project schedules and timelines.

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- ITI/ Diploma in Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in Project execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, logical reasoning, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Intermediate in Auto cad 2d (Sketchup 3d an advantage)
- Read and understand floor plans and layouts.
- Negotiation with cross installation teams to execute project

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
