JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide support and maintenance to existing Project for tracking daily tracks & Activities
- Generate and distribute the reports in accurate and timely manner
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
- Develop system for Client management and internal communication.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
- Understand client problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues
- Good knowledge in Advance excel.
- Strong Interpersonal skills & able to handle obligations at all the project levels and stakeholders
- Analytical/ Statistical approach
- Out of the box thinking / Ability to think in different/innovative way
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (Should be able to deliver reports in PPT format)
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Sense taking in ownership
- Basis statistical or mathematical skills

**CTC: - 3 to 3.5 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400066, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
