**FFR Management**
- MIS Executive to ensure daily C of Customer Calls
- MIS Executive to ensure daily smooth functioning 0f Online reporting system and attend to technical issues related to Online reporting
- MIS Executive to monitor online tracking of doctor call, chemist call and stockist call
- MIS Executive to analyze the Doctor Call Coverage, Chemist Call Coverage and Stockist Call Coverage and match with the set standards / KPI’s
- MIS Executive to discuss the details of Doctor Call Average (DCA), Chemist Call Average (CCA) and Stockist Call Average (SCA) of the respective Rep & Managers for timely course corrections
- MIS Executive to take up the pending DCR status with concerned Rep’s & Managers & keep Project Head posted about the developments
- MIS Executive to share the Actual vs Proposed Journey Plan (PJP) analysis details with respective Managers & Project Head
- MIS Executive to analyze and share Days in Field (DIF) details, coverage details, call average details and Market development Activities (MDA) details with respective Managers & Project Head
- MIS Executive to analyze the Brand Bonding Ladder of their respective project and forward the same to the Project Head
- MIS Executive to share KPI analysis and weekly analysis of activities with Team / Managers / Project Head

**Field force and client satisfaction**
- Any query of the field force to be replied as per the SOP except in few cases where the answers are to be sought and sent.
- Dispatch & courier all material provided by Client to the team and maintain the record of the same
- Respond to routine Client correspondence, if required
- Prepare power point presentation of the Month’s Business Analysis for review meetings every month covering all the points required by the client.

**Record management**
- Data management of field force at backend
- Record of leaves, working, transit, meeting, targets, etc of field force will be managed
- Records of doctors list as well as targets will also be dually maintained.
- Record of promo tools material with us sent by client.
