**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- To enroll new students at **Birla Openminds **by responding to all prospective parent inquiries and ensuring an efficient and proactive
- Follow-up of leads ensuring the admissions into the school to meet expectations of the business plan of the school.
- Acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from inquiry through to enrollment.
- To design and manage a wow walk in experience for parent and child when they first visit school as a prospective parent.
- Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrollment, recording of accurate information and liaison with key members of staff. - Responsible to produce timely, accurate and high-quality data - Data to support continuous analysis... Knowledge of Customer Management. - Knowledge of the various systems of school

**Education Experience**:

- Minimum 1 to 4 years**
- **education sector experience is preferable -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills -Excellent Required Experience and Qualifications**

**Experience**:Applicants must have at least 1 to 4years of experience as a counselor in reputed schools.**Preferred**:
**Qualification**:
Graduates/ Post-graduates with good communication.
