**Job Description: QA Intern**

(Pharma, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Related Field)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern with a background in B.Pharm, M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes within a pharmaceutical industry. The intern will work alongside experienced QA professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing and maintaining quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and test reports.
- Support in conducting quality checks and audits on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing audit reports.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, R&D, and QC) to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Assist in investigating deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and documenting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform sampling, testing, and documentation under the guidance of senior QA personnel.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory standards such as WHO-GMP, ISO, or FDA guidelines.
- Help maintain QA logs and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of QA principles, GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced work environment.

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality testing methods is a plus.
