We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Sales Operations Head** to manage and lead the establishment of a new recruitment setup. This role involves driving business growth, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, including team management, sales, and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Branch Setup and Operations**:

- Plan and execute the establishment of the recruitment office from scratch.
- Oversee office operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract clients and grow the business.
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain strong ties with existing ones.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive market engagement.

**Marketing and Branding**:

- Create and execute marketing plans to promote the branch and services.
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning in the local market.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance digital marketing efforts.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of recruiters and sales professionals.
- Motivate and guide the team to meet performance and productivity goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

**Strategy and Reporting**:

- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Sales operations, recruitment & branch management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
