**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Prospecting**: Identify and target potential retail partners, boutiques, and distributors within your assigned geographic area to drive new business and expand market reach.
- **Product Presentations**: Conduct in-person sales presentations, showcasing the clothing line, explaining product features, and highlighting key selling points to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing business, repeat orders, and customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Take and process orders from customers, ensuring they meet their inventory needs and product specifications.
- **Merchandising**: Assist customers in visual merchandising, offering advice on store layout and the best-selling strategies for displaying the clothing line.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about fashion trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback on product performance and customer preferences, and relay this information back to the sales team and management.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and orders through CRM software or other reporting tools.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously stay updated on the latest clothing collections, materials, and fashion trends to better inform customers and drive sales.
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring that the company’s image is consistently presented in a positive light during customer interactions and at trade shows or events.
- **Travel**: Frequent travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, visit stores, and attend relevant events or trade shows as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Experience in selling clothing or apparel is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with retailers, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, clothing products, and the retail market.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting software, or other sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Field-based role with frequent travel within the designated sales territory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
