Inventory Co-ordinator

**Job Requirements
**A Inventory Co-ordinator with strong Mechanical back-ground, who has good exposure of an inventory optimization, material demand planning and coordination support for oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and power plants.
- Should be able to Lead, guide and train/ develop the peers/ subordinates.
- Solely responsible for managing the required resources in order to support the materials management activities, like receipt of materials, storage of materials, distribution of materials, ordering supplies that are needed, scheduling deliveries, Managing the company's inventory.
- Should be able to support cross-discipline functionality and other work processes like maintenance & operations planning and shutdown team.

**Work Experience
**- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering 6-10 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical and oil and gas industries.
- Possess knowledge of various types of equipment installed in On-Shore, Off-shore facilities, Rig-lines and platforms.
- He will support production, wells and projects organizations.
- Implement a routine cycle counting program, schedule and create physical inventory (PI) planning document, enable cycle count.
- Shall establish/ monitor a routine PI execution plan for the On-shore/ Off-shore, and specialty vendor sites.
- Demand planning meetings, capturing material demands, and as requested by the Company, support Company with loading data into company tool.
- Provide inventory accuracy, cycle counting progress chart vs. plan
- Escalate to Company leadership if required to adhere to full conformance.
- Manage inventory variance, perform root cause analysis (where feasible), address any gaps, and provide a report to Company leadership about findings.
- Should be able to perform Inventory Optimization, VED Analysis, ABC analysis, Movement-FSN analysis, Value-HML analysis, and Lead time (SDE Analysis)
- Spares optimization, Consumption and material inventory monitoring, planned unplanned requirements tracking, monitoring of material returns and maintaining stock.
- Establish strategic MRP settings in SAP to control growth of excess inventory or unwanted overstock.
- Able to perform Investment Recovery Enablement & economic valuation/ accounting valuation.
- Analyze and report progress on recovery, provide KPIs and dashboards.

- Inventory optimization reporting (project and operational stock), %, total dead/ idle Inventory, dead/ idle inventory not on Bills of Material, return to stock value
- SAP or Other digital material resource planning tools (i.e. Fiori, O365, Power BI, Amazon or another Company tool).
