**We are looking for Quantity Surveyor
- Civil at Middle level with Minimum 5 years of Experience

**Qualification : BE Civil/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil or its Equivalent -**

**Should be able to handle and manage the team of Quantity Surveyors**
- To work continuously with Business Development and Sales team to provide estimate document and for closing the order
- To coordinate with the internal team for completing the project within the specified budget
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Prepare quotation
- Co
- ordinate with the design team for understanding the design and working on costing
- Co-ordinate with Project Team and Design team for site requirements and prepare Change Order Request if there is any changes in the site
- Maintain enquiry tracker for all the enquiries received
- Maintain quotation tracker for all the quotations sent
- Check and approve the execution BOQ before the MRI is presented to Commercial team
- Co-ordinate with vendors and sub-contractors for exploring them the technical details and payment terms
- Finalize vendor meetings and management
- Co-ordinate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Site Engineers, PMC
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Business Development team for follow up with the clients and closing the orders
- Co-ordination with client’s representative for work orders or order acceptance and updating the LASPL team and filing the documents.
- Site Visits during the project progression on stages
- Vendor/Subcontractors’ bills verification and certification
- Verifying the Purchase Orders before circulated it to the vendors keeping in mind the inventory
- Verifying the work orders before being circulated to the sub
- contractors
- Co-ordinate and delegate the Work Orders and Order Acceptance to Accounts for timely billing
- Check, verify and approve Purchase Bills
