- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all mechanical and engineering products in the inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure timely availability.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Procurement**:

- Source and procure mechanical and engineering materials from suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms, including price, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their reliability and the quality of products.
- **Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive incoming shipments of mechanical goods and verify their quality and quantity.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that products meet the specified standards and requirements.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Organize and maintain the storage of mechanical materials in a systematic manner.
- Implement proper labeling and coding systems for easy retrieval.
- Ensure that the storage area is clean, safe, and compliant with organizational standards.
- **Issuing and Distribution**:

- Facilitate the issuance of mechanical materials to various departments or production units.
- Keep detailed records of materials disbursed, maintaining accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions related to the mechanical store.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and procurement activities.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and quality concerns.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to storage and handling of mechanical materials.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Cost Control**:

- Work towards optimizing costs related to inventory management and procurement.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the mechanical store operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
