Job Summary The Line In Charge is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure product integrity.

Training: Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and collaborate with management to implement solutions.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production metrics, issues, and team performance.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in [relevant software or tools, if applicable].

Working Conditions
