**Role Summary**:
The Service Associate is responsible for providing a seamless customer experience in areas such as box office, food & beverage counters, and auditorium management. This role demands a customer-first attitude, high energy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist them with inquiries.
- Provide prompt and courteous service across all customer touchpoints.
- **Box Office & Ticketing**:

- Handle ticket bookings, reservations, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- **Food & Beverage Operations**:

- Take orders, prepare food & beverages as per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the concession area.
- **Ushering & Auditorium Management**:

- Guide guests to their seats and ensure auditorium cleanliness.
- Assist in crowd control and safety protocols during shows.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**:

- Ensure all areas including lobbies, washrooms, and auditoriums are clean and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Good communication skills (basic English and local language)
- Pleasant personality and grooming
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High energy and teamwork orientation
- Basic knowledge of computers or POS systems is a plus

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: 12th Pass / Diploma (mandatory)
- **Age Limit**: 18-25 years
