
Office Administrator

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and documentation
- Maintain records for projects, billing, and materials
- Support the project managers with file management and coordination
- Assist with procurement paperwork and vendor follow-ups
- Track and maintain office supplies and project-related inventories
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and memos as required
- Help in coordinating site visits and internal meetings
- Filing GST bills, quotations, invoices, and labor records
- Maintain attendance and site manpower tracking sheets
- Support HR in basic staff record management
**Required Skills**:
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of civil/interior construction processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 0-2 years in an office administration role (construction experience is an advantage)
**Work Timing**:
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
