Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Tiruvarur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's FINANCIAL services. Daily tasks include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and creating reports to measure campaign success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Skills in market research, data analysis, and trend identification
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and measuring success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the BANKING industry is a plus
