**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Grovestreams platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with the Programs team to understand their data requirements and ensure that Grovestreams meets their needs effectively.
- Configure and customize Grovestreams dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Monitor data quality and integrity within Grovestreams, implementing measures to address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements to the Grovestreams platform
- Oversee the management of utility data for all Stem customers on various internal data platforms
- Identify, correct, and/or escalate data quality issues in a variety of databases
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase the level of automation of current processes
- Prepare and maintain documentation of both existing and new processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stem internal customers (e.g. Sales, Customer and Program Operations, and our Network Operations Center)
- Support operational initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience building and managing databases and/or Salesforce administration
- Technical experience with advanced Excel modeling and/or the use of analytic tools like Python
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of speed and accuracy
- Strong quantitative analytic skills with demonstrated proficiency with technical concepts
- Ability to learn quickly and produce quality work under tight deadlines
- Able to think creatively to resolve problems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with helping to define, document and implement workflows and process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to be both a team leader and hands-on player on the team

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field is strongly valued
- Prior experience in relevant data platform administration
- Understanding and demonstrated interest in time-series data, electrical utilities, utility tariffs, and renewable energy is a major advantage
