Traveller's Choice Travel & Tourism is looking for a back-office Associate for the travel process.

**Job Overview**:
Receiving customers' requests; checking payments; issuing tickets; rescheduling and refunds.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way.
- Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files on internal system.
- Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
- Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, presentable and professional way.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
