**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Active Directory (2012, 2016 Server)
- Good Communication skills (USA client)
- Knowledge of Remote Support (Team Viewer, RDP etc.)
- Knowledge of Ticketing Portal.
- Knowledge of Network Printer, Scanners.
- Knowledge of Distribution list.
- Confident to handle Client in Calls, Mails and Team Chat.
- AAD (Azure Active Directory) Plus Point.
- Knowledge of office 365. Plus Point
- Good Knowledge about Windows 7 ,Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
- Beginner level Troubleshooting experience (Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and Networking devices).
