**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on food and supply consumption
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Train and support kitchen staff to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to optimize kitchen efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory procedures
- Proficient in basic reporting and kitchen stock management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
