The following is the Social Media Ninja's job description to help decide how Stardom Chance Studios' Social Media Ninja must be engaged in order to achieve Stardom Chance Studios objectives. The Social Media Ninja will administer Stardom Chance Studios' social media marketing and advertising.

Administration includes but is not limited to:

- Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting.
- Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation.
- Content management of website and all social media platforms.
- SEO and generation of inbound traffic.
- Cultivation of leads and subscribers.

The Social Media Ninja's responsibilities also include:

- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would continuously improve content, including Stardom Chance Studios' employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building.
- Create an effective and regular publishing schedule of hyper-relevant and engaging content, including calls to action, thereby increasing community, engagement and subscribers.
- Knowledge of and leverage of the correct tools to manage Stardom Chance Studios' Social Media content.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely campaigns.
- The Social Media Ninha is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with our online community, creating future subscribers and maintaining current subscribers. That passion comes through as she/he engages with our target audience on a daily and sometimes hourly basis with the ultimate goal of:

- Turning our target audience into subscribers of Stardom Chance Studios.
- Turning Stardom Chance Studios' subscribers into Advocates and Influencers.
- Social Media Community leadership and participation, both online and offline, are essential to a Social Media Ninja's overall success at Stardom Chance Studios. A fundamental component is communicating Stardom Chance Studios' brand in a positive, authentic way that captures the attention of and compels to action today’s modern, discerning, hyper-connected pool of potential subscribers.
- The Social Media Ninja is contributory in effectively managing Star Chance Studios' content-related assets. Relevant content is undeniable and essential to obtain a top Google search ranking factor and social media engagement. Therefore, the Social Media Ninja's ability to continuously create new and relevant content is hyper-important for Stardom Chance Studios' online authority.
