**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging creatives for various social media platforms.
- Design graphics, images, and other multimedia elements to support social media campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing and curating content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
- Foster positive interactions and build relationships with the online community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Provide recommendations for new and innovative social media initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.) or recent graduate.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of trends and popular culture in social media.
