Hyderabad Telangana, India Techblocks Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using **Selenium with Python (pytest)**.
- Automate **RESTful API** test scenarios and validate response structures, performance, and data integrity.
- Perform **database-level validations** and write complex SQL queries for data-driven test automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and enhancements.
- Participate in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for test execution and reporting.
- Ensure best practices in test automation and contribute to code reviews and QA process improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience in **Selenium automation using Python**, preferably using **pytest/CAFe**.
- Hands-on experience in **RESTful API testing** and automation.
- Experience in **database testing** and writing **efficient SQL queries**.
- Solid understanding of **QA methodologies**, testing life cycle, and defect management.
- Working knowledge of version control tools like **Git**.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with test management tools like **JIRA**, **TestRail**, or similar.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like **Jenkins**, **GitLab CI/CD**, or **Azure DevOps**.
