- **6+ years of experience** in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations with expertise in delivering **multiple full-cycle OFSC projects**.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring key OFSC modules including **Resource Management, Capacity/Quota, Routing, Outbound Communications, Mobility, Core Manage, Business Rules, and Statistical Parameters**.
- Proven ability to **design, architect, and deploy OFSC solutions** tailored to complex client-specific business needs.
- Expertise in **customizing Manage and Mobility interfaces**, including display profile configurations and screen enhancements.
- Solid knowledge of **integration methodologies**, with hands-on experience in **OFSC APIs**, web services, and collaboration with middleware teams for seamless system integrations (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud).
- Skilled in creating comprehensive **Functional & Technical Design Documents**, test strategies, and solution footprints.
- Experience in **presales support**, including designing demos and contributing to solution proposals.
- Capable of **leading cross-functional teams** including solution developers, middleware developers, and QA testers to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to **interface with Oracle Support** (SRs) for issue resolution and product guidance.
