
Administration Officer

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the instrumentation industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee administrative functions such as payroll, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring that the office and equipment are maintained and in good working order, including overseeing repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Developing and maintaining filing systems, document management, and record-keeping procedures, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including managing and supervising support staff.
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and providing other administrative assistance as needed.
- Manage and train administrative staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining a professional and positive office environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in administrative support or office management, as well as experience working in the instrumentation industry or a related field. You should also possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of office software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
**Salary**: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
