We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused **Service Delivery Associate - Operations** to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth IT service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage service requests, incidents, and escalations through the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Track SLAs and ensure service commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all service activities.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare basic reports on daily/weekly operational performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** - verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (training will be provided).
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible to work in **night shifts** and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Prior exposure to IT service desk or operations environment.
