Assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to the assigned projects

Organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to team

members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager.

Preparation of Design proposal, Material selection document, Quotation, Work order

and Agreement

Estimation and preparation of BOQ

Project schedule preparation

Preparation of structural drawings

Coordination with site regarding structural works

Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients,

suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their

assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits

Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access

Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks

Vendor coordination

Determining project changes.

Estimation of changes in projects and preparation of extra bills

Project tracking and Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Monitoring the daily progress of projects and Daily report preparation.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained

appropriately for each project.

Developing project strategies.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Manage the purchase of building materials

Develop and implement quality control programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
